1. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! Such variety. The fruit was so tasty. 2. Front Desk Staff: I had questions about the bill and the front desk staff were very helpful and explained what to expect (credit card refund). 3. Location/safety: We felt safe walking around the area. Many restaurants and bars close by (walking distance).

This hotel is a great place to be. Located in a safe, attractive and quiet place in Santiago. Moreover it is based not very far from the subway (to my mind Tobalaba station is the nearest) and surrounded by a lot of stores and good restaurants. The staff was welcoming, helpful and attentive. They were really dedicated and offered a quality of service. The room was clean, large and bright.

I've stayed there a number of times over the past 10 months and have never had an issue. This time, as reflected in my score for the internet, it was extremely poor for the first two days of my stay before they rectified it. I have to give them a low score on that because it was what it was. Normally this is never a problem. Other than this, I love staying there because of the staff and location.

From the accommodation point of view, it never disappoints me. The staff are great, the hotel is well located to many restaurants, and it has a good restaurant of its own.
