The staff were awesome, very helpful and sorted us out for numerous things. We only ate little breakfast due to schedule but what we got was great and plentiful. The sundeck/pool was nice, small but still nice. Wish there was a bar there. I will not write scratches or peeling paint in some obscure corners and I don't care and won´t look for issues. Great location with at least short walk to nice restaurants, bank, store and the mall/sky tower.

This time, as reflected in my score for the internet, it was extremely poor for the first two days of my stay before they rectified it. I have to give them a low score on that because it was what it was. Normally this is never a problem. Other than this, I love staying there because of the staff and location.

This hotel is a great place to be. Located in a safe, attractive and quiet place in Santiago. Moreover it is based not very far from the subway (to my mind Tobalaba station is the nearest) and surrounded by a lot of stores and good restaurants. The staff was welcoming, helpful and attentive. They were really dedicated and offered a quality of service. The room was clean, large and bright.

It's located just a few blocks from your office, making it incredibly convenient for work commutes. The staff delivered an exceptional service, ensuring the stay was as comfortable as possible. Plus, I enjoyed a delightful breakfast, varied enough that will start your day off right. * The pool is a great place to spend few minutes after a long day work!

I returned to the hotel with these concerns, knowing that if there wasn't any improvement, I would never return. I was pleased to see they did improve, so I will continue to stay there as I have many times over the past two years.
